The upper end of the guide rail mounting plate is fixedly connected to the guide rail of the slider guide rail pair, and the left and right ends of the mounting base plate are fixedly connected to the slider of a slider guide rail pair. The thrust plate is set between the left and right guide rail mounting plates, and the upper end is connected to the The mounting base plate is fixedly connected.
The rear end of the piston of the cylinder is fixedly connected to the thrust plate, the front end of the cylinder body of the cylinder is fixedly connected to the cylinder mounting plate, and the cylinder mounting plate is fixedly connected to the small mounting bracket. The syringe roller must be cleaned after daily use. Adjust the stencil wheel, rubber wheel and oil pump back to the initial position. After each use, the scraper is separated from the stencil wheel. Pay attention to cleaning the stencil wheel and rubber wheel to prevent ink solidification and damage to the rubber wheel when starting up again.
The double-sided tape on the cleaning wheel must be replaced every day, 1-2 times a day. Apply lubricating oil to the guide rails of the adjusting mechanism regularly to prevent it from drying out and causing jamming. Generally, apply it once every 3-5 days. Regularly open the end cover of the bearing to check the lubricating grease. Generally, add it once every 1-2 months to ensure the flexible operation of the bearing. Keep the desktop of the machine clean and tidy at all times, and rigorous screws and other sundries are mixed into the machine. For long-term shutdown, please disconnect the power and air source, and put on a dust cover.
